NameQuick for Mac

NameQuick renames files on macOS based on their contents rather than their existing filenames. It reads PDFs, images, and Office documents, extracts values such as dates, invoice numbers, client names, and document types, and builds filenames from a naming template you define.

Proposed names appear in a review step alongside the source text each value came from, so you can check a rename before it touches the disk.
